We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the SetWise application.

• Personal Identity Information: Name, email address, and profile picture URL. This is primarily collected through Google Sign-In authentication.
• Health and Fitness Data: Workout logs, exercise history, body statistics (e.g., weight), and custom workout templates that you create within the app.
• Usage Data: Information about how you use our app, such as access times, button clicks, and features used.
• Device Data: We may collect information about the device you use to access the app, including the hardware model and operating system version.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information collected via our app for a variety of business purposes described below:

• Account Creation and Logon: To facilitate account creation and logon processes using Google Firebase Authentication.
• App Functionality: To store your workout history, calculate progress, and display your statistics.
• Improvements: To analyze usage trends and improve the user experience of SetWise.

3. Use of Third-Party Services

We utilize third-party services to operate SetWise. By using our app, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by these providers:

• Google Firebase: We use Firebase for authentication, database storage (Firestore), and hosting. Firebase's privacy policy can be found at https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
• Google Analytics for Firebase: We use this service to track basic usage data and app performance metrics. This helps us understand how the app is used and how to improve it.

4. Data Storage and Security

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our app is at your own risk.

5. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your region (including the EEA, UK, and California), you have rights regarding your data. You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time.

• Account Termination (In-App): The fastest way to delete your data is through the app. Go to Settings > Delete Account to permanently remove your account and all associated data immediately. This action is irreversible.
• Account Termination (By Email): If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot access it, you may request deletion by emailing us at setwise.help@gmail.com. We will process these requests within 30 days.

6. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 13 years of age. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the App. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records.
